After a number of missed target dates and more than a few unexpected challenges- the Dig Deep Brewing Company is now open for business on the ground floor of the Footer Dye Works building. Robert Dettinburn, a Fort Hill graduate, is the business owner and he has been excited about response early on with a steady stream of customers.
