Footer Dye Works Building Progress Discussed At Meeting

Progress at the Footer Dye Works building was discussed during Tuesday’s meeting of the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority in the Western Maryland Railway Station- and the reports are encouraging. Dee Dee Ritchie, executive director of Canal Place, provided the update and said that the project developer is reporting 100% occupancy of the upper floor luxury apartments. In addition, the Dig Deep Brewery is moving into the first floor of the Footer Building and hopes to open right after the first of the new year….

    Interestingly, their webpage is advertising quite a few of their upper floor luxury apartments right now as they are reportedly occupied.
