Having secured $1.15 million in capital funding from the state for critical infrastructure improvements- Developer Michael Joy hopes to see the Footer Dye Works project on the fast track. Joy, based in Washington, plans to move forward with commercial development at the building in the heart of Canal Place. Barley and Hops Micro-brewery is on board to serve as one of the anchor businesses.
