Linda A. Golden, former Allegany County Commissioner passed away Sunday, July 31st at the age of 63. Linda served two terms as Allegany County Commissioner. Linda also was a former president of the Allegany County Library Board of Trustees as well as a member and former chair of the Animal Shelter Management Foundation, the Extension Service and volunteered for teh Animal Welfare Board, and the Safe Shelter.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
