I’ll repeat what I wrote yesterday before this same item was taken down.
Retreading the same names from one position to another does nothing new, or better, for this area.
The same names move from City Council to County Commissioner to BOE and back to City Council.
Is it any wonder this city/county plods along moving in no direction year after year? The same names and faces are in control.
I repeat; one definition of stupidity is to do the same thing over and over but still expecting a different result.

I agree Mac! There has be better representation than Valentine. Leadership Allegany has be totted as a great success at developing new leaders in our area but we still see the same flunkies being appointed to post. Valentine playing politics almost cost this county Delfest, we can’t afford to have him leading us anymore.

      > I agree as well Mac. It is the same people over and over and the same ideas over and over. No new ideas and following the same course will not change our area for the better. But then, where are the new faces?
