Former Cumberland City Councilman Wallace Ullery has died at the age of 94.
Ullery served as city clerk for several years before successfully running for council in 1978.
He was a World War II veteran who was married to his wife, Betty Louise, for nearly 70 years. Mrs. Ullery died last July.
The Adams Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, which will be completed Monday.
