WSAZ in Huntington, West Virginia, is reporting that nearly 50 former employees of CSX have filed a lawsuit against the railroad, saying they were wrongfully terminated. They say they were fired last year for using their health benefits. The allege CSX would not let them take medical leave or take medical leaves of absence.
