A prominent local physician who helped give birth to thousands of babies in the Cumberland area has died. Dr. Ronald Kho passed away Saturday in Orlando, Florida where he had relocated to after retiring from practicing medicine. Family and friends are welcome at the Scarpelli Funeral Home Saturday April 11th from 5-6 p.m.
