Former Maryland House Speaker Casper Taylor has endorsed Democrat Penny Walker in her bid for the House of Delegates 1B seat currently held by Jason Buckel- and he made some provocative comments about the race during an appearance Tuesday on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show”. Taylor, who called Walker a “breath of fresh air” saying she has what it takes to be a consensus builder in Annapolis, said he still follows state politics closely although he admits there isn’t much to follow locally at this point…
