Former MSP Commander Turnbull Dies

A former barrack commander of Maryland State Police locally has died.  William Turnbull was 79, and had retired as the site manager of the FEMA operation a Mexico Farms at the end of 2013.  Additionally, he had been head of the Western Maryland Troop of State Police for several years, and was involved in the federal response to the terror attacks in New York City and the Oklahoma City Bombing.
