Maryland Congressman Dutch Rupersberger said this week that while he doesn’t believe Attorney General Loretta Lynch said or did anything inappropriate during a chance meeting last week with former President Bill Clinton- he understands the optics are no good. On Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey announced that his agency is not recommending that charges be brought against Hillary Clinton after a yearlong investigation into her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state.
