Fort Hill Principal Re-Assigned To Administrative Position At Central Office

After 20 years as principal at Fort Hill High School- Steve Lewis has been re-assigned to an administrative position in the Allegany County Board of Education’s Central Office.  While the timing might suggest that the move was made in light of a recent sexting scandal among students at the school- board members told WCBC News that there is no link between the two. The sexting case was first reported by WCBC News last month and the case is currently being investigated by C3I. Superintendent David Cox made the announcement of Lewis’s transfer during last night’s school board meeting, saying that Lewis will become the board’s energy manager…
