Baltimore City Police say a missing four year old boy was found dead in a dumpster early Saturday, and his mother and her spouse will be charged.
Malachi Lawson was last seen on Thursday and was reported missing from his grandmother's house.
Police say the mother told them during the investigation that the boy had died and was placed in the dumpster.
