Although one is a democrat and the other a republican- Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot and Governor Larry Hogan have enjoyed a solid working relationship for the past three years- agreeing on issues far more often than not. As lawmakers reported to Annapolis for the start of the first full week of the 2018 General Assembly session Monday evening, Franchot was asked for his take on Hogan's legislative priorities, including redistricting reform-and term limits.
