Franchot Comments on Tax Day Being Pushed Back to July

In a normal year, this would have been Tax Day, when forms and payments were to be due to federal and state governments. This year, the date to file and pay has been moved back to July 15, and Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot says it not only gives taxpayers a break, but it also allows small businesses to have some disposable income…
