On Tax Day, Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot talked with WBAL Radio to discuss how the expected influx of revenue will impact the economy. Franchot says the state has returned over $2 billion in refunds to Marylanders and another $1 million will be added to that. He expects the Federal tax refund to add another $2 billion, giving the state's economy a real "shot in the arm," although he is worried about future burnout and uncertainty in the economy…
