Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot was a guest of WCBC Radio at Thursday night’s Mountain Maryland PACE reception in Annapolis. Franchot said that the state must do more to be competitive in the energy industry, and he was critical of efforts to add costs to operations at AES Warrior Run in Cumberland.
