The City of Cumberland will be doing a test run on reducing Frederick Street to a single lane for two weeks beginning this morning.
City engineer John DiFonzo says the area is marked with signs and traffic cones…
The pattern is a test that was recommended by council members to see if a proposed bike lane will have a significant negative impact on residents of the area, who oppose the initiative.
