The two-day Mini Mission of Mercy dental clinic scheduled for Friday and Saturday will serve between 350 and 400 adults in need of dental care, said Susan Stewart, executive director of Western Maryland Area Health Education Center and a member of the clinic planning committee.
“We overbooked appointments by 10 percent and our no show rate is about 10 percent. We planned it right,” said Stewart.
The dental clinic, being held at the Allegany County Fairgrounds multipurpose building, will take limited walk-ins through noon Saturday.
