The Office of the State Fire Marshal has ordered the closure of Diamond's Lounge and all occupants of Diamond's Apartments due to alleged violations of the State Fire Prevention Code. According to a news release issued by the fire marshal’s office, state fire marshal officials discovered serious code violations during a joint inspection last week which include violations at both the bar, restaurant, and throughout the apartments, according to a press release. The order remains in effect until the building meets the requirements of the State Fire Prevention Code.
