Frostburg Man Arrested for Burgulary

On February 12, 2013, the Frostburg City Police Department received a report of a theft, in which the victim reported that someone had broken into his vehicle and stolen property from within.

Through investigation, a suspect was developed, and a search warrant was obtained for the suspect’s residence.  Frostburg City Police, assisted by Frostburg State University Police, and the C3I Unit executed the search warrant Tuesday evening

Upon searching the suspect’s residence, police recovered property matching what the victim had reported stolen.  The suspect in the case, Randall James Kelley II, 32, of Frostburg, was arrested and charged with Theft Less than $1,000, possession of burglar’s tools, and rogue & vagabond.

In addition, a female occupant of the residence was also found to be in possession of suspected controlled dangerous substances.  Stephanie Lynn Wright, 26, of Cumberland, was charged with two counts of Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, and one count of Theft Less than $1,000.

Both Kelley and Wright were awaiting an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner late Tuesday.
