54 year old Kevin Wayne Pressman, of Frostburg, was arrested Thursday by members of the C3I Warrant/Fugitive Unit after a warrant charging him with 3rd Degree Sex Offense and Perverted Practice had been issued. The charges stem from allegations that Pressman had inappropriate sexual contact with a 15 year old female victim. A joint investigation by the Frostburg Police, Child Protective Services, and the Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigation Unit (C3I) was conducted after the allegations were made, leading C3I Investigators to obtain a warrant for Pressman’s arrest. After his arrest, Pressman was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. He is currently being held on $50,000.00 bond in the Allegany County Detention Center pending his next court appearance.
