A single vehicle crash early Saturday morning claimed the life of Anthony Michael David Winter of Frostburg. The crash occurred around 2 am at a curve on northbound Route 160 near Palo Alto Road. Winter was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 27 year old Ronald Lee Street, also of Frostburg. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned, ejecting both occupants. Neither was wearing a seat belt. Streets was in intensive care at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.
