According to the Cumberland Times News, Frostburg State University is preparing for budget cuts after receiving word from the state’s Department of Budget and Management that “all state entities reduce their rate of expenditures and prepare for a mid-year budget cut.” News of the impending budget cuts was made known to the university community in an email Wednesday from FSU President Jonathan Gibralter.
