The future of tourism for Allegany County was a focal point of discussion at last night’s PACE reception in Annapolis. County commissioners Bill Valentine and Jake Shade said they envision greater county control over the position in the future.
Commissioner Shade said that current director Barb Buehl surprised him with her desire to stay in the role this year.
