Democratic gubernatorial candidate Doug Gansler, in a campaign press release, wants the Governor to appoint a special counsel to investigate the state's troubled health benefit exchange. Gansler, Maryland's Attorney General tells WBAL Radio the website and the ability for people to enroll in the Affordable Care Act on the Maryland exchange was mishandled and costly to taxpayers. He said Marylander’s deserve some answers before the next enrollment period this fall….
