The Cumberland Times News reports an Oakland woman recently pleaded guilty to a charge of intent to distribute methamphetamine in Garrett County Circuit Court. Related charges against Shelby Ovilene Fultz, 53, were dismissed. Fultz was charged by Garrett County Narcotics Task Force investigators, who had executed a search warrant at her residence in December. Located within her bedroom was a quantity of methamphetamine that was packaged for sale. A pre-sentence investigation report was ordered to be completed for the sentencing hearing, which will be scheduled at  a later date.

Fultz's bond was revoked and she was remanded to the Garrett County Detention Center.
