The Criminal Investigation Division of the Garrett County Sheriff's Office arrested an Oakland man Wednesday on sex charges. The Cumberland Times News reports Tyler McKinley Stemple, 23, was charged with two counts of third-degree sex offense and perverted practice.
The charges stem from an investigation regarding Stemple and a 14-year-old female, investigators said.
Stemple was being housed in the Garrett County Jail on Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.
