Garrett County Sheriff’s Deputies say the body of a man that was found Tuesday morning in the collecting pond next to Garrett Regional Medical Center has been identified.
Police have said the man is a 39 year old Chester Dale Burgess, Junior, of Oakland.
The body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
Police are still seeking information on what may have happened.
