Effective immediately there will be a traffic pattern change in the city limits of Cumberland. All south bound traffic on North Mechanic Street will be diverted onto Frederick Street due to gas line repairs. Traffic will have to follow Frederick Street to Queen City Drive for access to other points within the city.
