Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is celebrating one year in office and he is enjoying high ratings from state residents. Hogan battled cancer in his first year and needed assistance from Lieutenant Governor Boyd Rutherford, who attended Thursday night’s Mountain Maryland PACE Reception in Annapolis. Rutherford told WCBC News that he and the governor have worked well together.
