A little more than three weeks remain in this session of the Maryland General Assembly and Governor Larry Hogan says he remains optimistic he will see much of his agenda accomplished. Although traditionally election years can lead to contentious partisan political battles in Annapolis- that has not been the case thus far in 2018.
