Governor Larry Hogan took part in a bill signing ceremony Tuesday morning in Annapolis- signing more than 200 bills into law. The governor was joined by House Speaker Michael Busch and Senate President Mike Miller for the second bill-signing event since the state's 90-day legislative session ended just over two weeks ago.
