Gov. Hogan Tours Baltimore Area Damaged By Riots

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan toured the Sandtown neighborhood in Baltimore on Wednesday morning and other parts of the city damaged by Monday's riots.  The governor, who's been working to  restore order in the city since riots broke out Monday, stated that there was a "stark difference between Tuesday and Monday night" when a citywide curfew went into effect at 10 p.m. Police say around 10 people were arrested on Tuesday night after the curfew.  In an interview with WBAL Radio, Hogan said community leaders helped to enforce the curfew, urging people to go home…
