Governor Martin O'Malley has unveiled his redistricting map with 30 per cent of state residents to be placed in new Congressional districts.The sixth Congressional district will be heavily impacted by the insertion of over 300,000 residents of Montgomery County. The governor's map can be viewed at the website of the Maryland Department of Planning.
