Gray Cases Await Appeal Resolution

Baltimore prosecutors have filed an appeal of Circuit Judge Barry Williams ruling that says they can't force Officer William Porter to testify against fellow officers in the Freddie Gray trials.

Porter's trial resulted in a mistrial, and he will be retried. The debate over whether he will have to testify for the state has delayed the string of five other trials in Gray's death.
