Frostburg has slated groundbreaking ceremonies for the Braddock Road Project for Friday, July 15th at 11 AM. Maryland Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn will be the keynote speaker, and Mayor Bob Flanagan will serve as master of ceremonies. New FSU President Ron Nowaczyk will serve as co-host.
