Hampshire Teacher Arrested for Embezzlement

According to Hampshire County Sheriff John Alkire, a Hampshire High School music teacher was arrested for embezzlement this month. Bradley W. Tenney, 45, of Winchester, VA, turned himself in on January 10. Tenney admitted to taking $781 from a fundraiser at the school. Tenney was the director of the choral group raising money to go to New York. Alkire said the alleged embezzlement is a misdemeanor and a hearing would be scheduled March 12th at 2 p.m.
