Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 900 block of Harding Avenue Saturday for a 911 hang up complaint. Upon arrival officers observed two subjects outside the residence yelling at each other. The subjects were separated and injuries were observed on the victim consistent with an assault. As a result of the officers investigation Darnell Holter was placed under arrest for assault. Mr. Holter was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance and released on his personal recognizance.
Arrested – Darnell Travon Holter (28) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Assault 2nd degree, Disorderly Conduct
