It has almost become tradition- heavy rain and storms during the annual DelFest event each Memorial Day weekend- and this year was no exception. Heavy rains soaked concert goers Sunday- the final day of the Bluegrass /America festival headlined by bluegrass legend Del McCoury and family. Barb Buehl is the local representative for DelFest and she said that although the rains may have dampened the fairgrounds- they did little to dampen the enthusiasm of the crowds and the performers….
