Maryland Governor Larry Hogan on ABC's “This Week” program, pushing back on Trump administration claims that the states are getting what they need to fight COVID-19.

Yesterday, Governor Hogan was in his role as chair of the National Governor's Association, and ask the White House and Congress for $500 billion to help repair state economies decimated by the pandemic.
