Making the rounds on national cable news programs this week- Maryland Governor Larry Hogan apparently hasn’t been clear on which candidate for president he prefers. Hogan on Monday told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt that he is either open to voting for President Donald Trump or open to voting for former Vice President Joe Biden. Later on WBAL radio, Hogan scoffed at those reports , saying that nether claim would be accurate….
