Since the Maryland General Assembly adjourned earlier this month, Governor Larry Hogan has spent some time spreading his administration’s message of making the state more business friendly. This week, Governor Hogan delivered remarks to the board and members of the Towson Chamber of Commerce during a full day of events in the Baltimore area.
