Hogan Declares State of Emergency in Anticipation of Hurricane Florence

Governor Larry Hogan on Monday declared a state of emergency for Maryland ahead of Hurricane Florence and Allegany County government has done the same. The state of emergency is a proactive measure to ensure that all necessary resources are mobilized throughout the state.
