Maryland's governor and other state leaders received their COVID-19 vaccinations Monday morning. Governor Larry Hogan, Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford, their wives and Maryland Deputy Health Secretary Dr. Jinlene Chan received the doses as part of a continuity-of-government protocol.
