Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan will hold a news conference today at 5 p.m. to update the state on the coronavirus pandemic and the vaccination process.
As of Monday, Maryland's COVID-19 positivity rate was the highest it has been since June of last year.
Hogan’s remarks will be aired live on WCBC.
