Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is said to be considering cuts to other parts of the state budget in order to get a tax cut this year. Hogan says his victory in November was in large part because residents wanted some sort of tax relief. He may cut educational budgets and raises for state employees. The session ends on April 13th.
