With 2016 upon us, Governor Larry Hogan says he is encouraged to see recent poll numbers showing that for the first time in many years- the majority of Marylanders are actually optimistic about the state’s future. Hogan, a republican, took office last January following eight years of Democrat Martin O’Malley- bringing a far more conservative approach to running the state. He says he is happy to see that the changes have resonated with voters.
