As the City Council of Baltimore prepares to vote on the city’s budget tonight- Maryland Governor Larry Hogan says he strongly opposed the idea of defunding police. In an interview with Katie Couric for TIME100 Talks Hogan spoke of how city officials have been able to improve the relationship between police and the city’s residents by actually allocating more funds for law enforcement. ..
