Hogan Talks Phase Two and COVID-19 Numbers Decrease

Even though outdoor dining, youth sports, swimming pools and drive-in movie theatres can all begin operations this weekend- many Marylanders are already pushing for Governor Larry Hogan to announce phase two of the reopening. Maryland has been one of the more conservative states when it comes to lifting restrictions that resulted from COVID-19 with neighboring West Virginia already preparing to enter part six of its program. Phase two is expected to include lifting the cap on social gatherings; re-opening gyms and fitness clubs and could include a partial reopening of bars.  Governor Hogan said phase two could be announced in the coming week- but that is dependent on the COVID-19 numbers continuing to improve- and citizens following the health and safety guidelines that have been in place…
